Second. Remove dust.
Removal of dust and foreign matter should be carried out daily (electrical dust for professional treatment), with special attention to sliding and rotating parts. Please note that! Dust removal should be carried out after the machine is completely closed.
Third. Fastening bolts
Fastening bolt is an important link in the maintenance of the cutting machine. The bolt that is loosened for a long time will break and cause more problems or accidents. (It is recommended to check every three months is more appropriate.)
Fourth. Check the lubrication system.
Sliding and rotating parts of the cutting machine need to be lubricated, and good lubrication is necessary for machine operation, so regular inspection of automatic lubrication system is particularly necessary.
Fifth. Check the parallelism of the table.
In practical use, it is impossible to let the cutter die cut in the central position of the cutting machine every time. Long-term off-center cutting will lead to poor parallelism of the cutting machine, thus speeding up the wear of the cutter die and the pad. Regular check of the parallelism of the table surface, can always grasp the parallel situation of the table surface of the cutting machine, so as to adjust the position of the cutting tool die in use, correct the unevenness, so that the cutting machine to use longer, play the best performance.
